We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication details, business profile information, billing status, and support communications.
When a business runs a campaign, we store campaign settings such as business name, QR page details, reward tiers, traffic source tasks, scan activity, claim status, and redemption events.
When a customer claims a reward, we may collect contact details submitted in the claim flow, region or phone metadata needed to validate the claim, and hashed identifiers used to reduce duplicate reward misuse.
We use data to operate Bizzquill, authenticate accounts, generate QR reward flows, verify claim codes, show dashboard analytics, send service emails, process subscriptions, prevent misuse, and provide support.
We may use aggregated product activity to understand which features need improvement, but we do not sell personal information.
Bizzquill uses trusted infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, and email delivery.
Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. Payment providers may collect billing details directly and process them under their own terms and privacy practices.
Businesses are responsible for how they present review requests, reward offers, and customer engagement campaigns to their customers.
Bizzquill is a workflow tool. Businesses should use it to invite honest feedback and should not require positive ratings, specific wording, fake reviews, or actions that violate third-party platform policies.
We keep account, billing, campaign, claim, and analytics data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
After cancellation, account and campaign data may remain available for a limited period before scheduled removal. Contact support if you need help with a privacy or deletion request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, campaign, and claim data.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so businesses should use strong passwords, protect account access, and contact us quickly if they suspect unauthorized activity.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting support. Some information may need to be retained for security, billing, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Customers who interacted with a Bizzquill-powered campaign can contact the business that collected the claim information or contact Bizzquill support for assistance.
