These Terms explain the rules for using Bizzquill to run QR review campaigns, customer engagement tasks, reward claims, analytics, billing, and staff redemption workflows.

Service overview
Bizzquill is a subscription software service for local businesses that want to run QR-powered review prompts, customer engagement tasks, reward claim flows, analytics, and staff redemption controls.
The service is designed for business use. By using Bizzquill, you confirm that you have authority to create and manage campaigns for the business account.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login access, and controlling who can use your business dashboard.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Campaign responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile, QR placements, review prompts, reward offers, discount terms, social links, and any customer-facing campaign language.
You must use Bizzquill lawfully and in a way that respects third-party platform policies, including Google review policies. Do not require positive reviews, specific ratings, specific wording, fake reviews, review edits, or review removals in exchange for a benefit.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Bizzquill offers monthly and yearly paid subscriptions. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. You can cancel from billing settings when available or by contacting support. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in writing by Bizzquill.
Acceptable use
You may not use Bizzquill to spam customers, mislead customers, collect fake reviews, violate review platform rules, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account creates security risk, payment risk, legal risk, platform abuse, or harm to customers or the service.
No ranking or revenue guarantee
Bizzquill provides software tools for review workflows, customer engagement, campaign tracking, and reward redemption.
We do not guarantee Google rankings, Google Maps placement, review volume, review approvals, customer behavior, revenue, or business outcomes. Search engines and review platforms make independent decisions.
Data and privacy
Use of Bizzquill is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for giving customers any notices or disclosures required for your campaigns and local laws.
You should only collect customer information that is appropriate for your campaign and should handle customer information responsibly.
Changes and support
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Bizzquill after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Important review compliance note
Bizzquill helps manage the workflow around customer engagement. Your business remains responsible for making sure review requests, rewards, discounts, and staff practices follow Google policies, advertising rules, and applicable law.
